Introduction

Welcome to Hastag social ("Hastag social", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hastag social mobile application, website, and related services (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Child Safety Standards Policy

1.1 Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Obsidian Inc and Hastag social maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping our platform safe for all users and protecting children from harm.

1.2 Prohibited Content and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hastag social:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Any imagery, video, or content depicting minors in a sexual manner
• Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material
• Links to external sites containing CSAM
• Drawn, cartoon, or digitally created content depicting minors in sexual situations
• Child Exploitation
• Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
• Soliciting or attempting to obtain sexual content from minors
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of children in any form
• Facilitating or coordinating offline abuse of minors

1.3 Reporting Mechanisms

Hastag social provides multiple ways for users to report violations of this policy:

• In-App Reporting: Report button available on all user-generated content
• Email Reporting: v.horizonstudios@gmail.com
• Content Moderation: Proactive monitoring and rapid response team

1.4 Enforcement Actions

Violations of this Child Safety Policy will result in:

• Immediate account termination without warning
• Permanent ban from the Hastag social platform
• Reporting to law enforcement including Nigerian authorities and international agencies
• Preservation of evidence for legal proceedings

1.5 Legal Compliance

Hastag social and Obsidian Inc comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including:

• Nigerian Child Rights Act and relevant federal laws
• International child protection laws and regulations
• Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy
• Local and national laws in all jurisdictions where we operate

2. Purpose of the Platform

Hastag social is a campus-oriented digital ecosystem that connects students, tutors, service providers, and local vendors. The Platform facilitates posting, sharing media, buying and selling items, arranging tutoring or service engagements, and community interaction.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it to keep it accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to others.

4. Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use

Hastag social is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment. All users must comply with the following standards:

• Do not post content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory.
• Do not engage in hate speech, targeted harassment, stalking, or impersonation.
• Do not share personal data or collect information about other users without their consent.
• Do not upload malware, viruses, spyware, or any harmful scripts or content.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
• Do not engage in any behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Hastag social ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Hastag social a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

Users are fully responsible for their content. Hastag social does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or block any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Marketplace and Transactions

If you participate in buying, selling, or service arrangements through Hastag social's marketplace features, you agree to the following:

• Ensure that all listings and offers comply with applicable laws and that you have the right to sell or provide the item or service.
• Understand that Hastag social is not a party to transactions between users and accepts no responsibility or liability for losses, damages, or disputes arising from such transactions.
• Exercise caution when interacting with other users, and follow best practices for safe transactions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
